Maintenance types (and their associated cost in time) will be agreed upon between client and Ionic Productions LLC during the enacting of this agreement.Any unused hours are not refundable, and do not roll over to the next month. Though this may seem undesirable, rest assured that the labor savings in a retainer make up for it in reduced labor costs per hour.
